René Kogelman was born in 1969 in the eastern Dutch region of Twente. After finishing his education he started working as a professional specials model and appeared in numerous ad campaigns and tv commercials in Holland and abroad, saEfteling, ABN Amro, Allianz, Shell, Ikea, Lotto, Bayer, Siemens, etc. René got his first live tv-hosting experience with the Homeshopping Europe TV Network in 2000. Since then he accumulated over 3500 hours of Live TV Hosting. That experience paved the way for a succesful career as a Homeshopping TV Host with German and Dutch TV stations and networks sa Sonnenklar, Tier.tv, RTL shop, and the Dutch-based LiveShop and SUUS. Besides his TV Hosting activities René is an industrial-, film- and tv actor with numerous appearances in TV Series and TV commercials sa GTST, Onderweg naar Morgen, Tros Opgelicht, Die Versteckte Camera, Frieslandfoods, etc. In additon to that he is a motivational speaker for corporate events and congresses. Privately and more as a hobby, René moderated various radio shows and is a drummer percussionist with the Twente Partyband called Jigger Bigger Band.
