Hello! We are three film students at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie, currently working on a short film and looking for two actresses to join our project.

The film follows Rose, a woman who cannot resist stealing things wherever she goes. She takes objects simply because she feels entitled to them, without really questioning her behaviour. As she gets older, her friend Sarah begins to disapprove of Rose’s actions and tries to make her feel guilty about them. This creates tension and conflict between the two women, raising the question: are they really as different from each other as they believe?

Wat bieden wij?
This is a student short film produced at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie.

We offer a friendly and collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to work closely with a small film crew and contribute to the development of the characters and scenes.

We are looking for two older women to play the roles of Rose and Sarah.

We are especially interested in actresses who enjoy working with character-driven stories and are comfortable exploring a complex friendship, tension, and humour between two characters.

Previous acting experience is welcome but not required. What matters most to us is your personality, presence, and willingness to collaborate and experiment with us.

Periode
The project will require one full shooting day.

We would also like to have one rehearsal the day before the shoot, so that we can meet, get to know each other, discuss the characters, and rehearse the scenes together.
