Logline: Ellie, haunted by her fear of being forgotten, forms a deep connection with her best friend, Aaron, as they navigate their individual struggles as young adults in college, only to learn that holding on sometimes means letting go

Premise: In this student short film, Ellie, a reserved and introspective young woman, is grappling with feelings of insignificance and the lingering fear of being forgotten after she’s gone. Her friendship with Aaron, a well-meaning but slightly insecure best friend trying to fit in, becomes her anchor. Through moments of vulnerability, tension, and mutual care, they explore what it means to be seen, valued, and remembered. However, as their bond deepens, they slowly grow the further apart. Ellie struggles to open up about what bothers her and about what she plans to do, and Aaron struggles to understand how to help someone he deeply cares for and who he shared a very special connection with. Their story examines themes of connection, loss, and the complexities of emotional support in a world where personal struggles often go unnoticed.
