Dear player(s)!
This week I started making a performance for my drama school. The piece is about the mother-daughter relationship, communication, loneliness and searching for a way to connect. I am looking for two actresses who would like to make something beautiful with me!
Briefly about me: I am Robijn, 23 years old, and a third-year acting maker at Theaterschool de Trap in Amsterdam. Director in the making :), so I am still going in all directions. That is why I am looking for flexible players, who at least have some acting experience.

The Island of Jos and Rie

When Jos (60) and her daughter Rie (30) from the wealthy Bloemendaal decide to take a trip together to improve their relationship, their private jet crashes on an uninhabited island. As the only two survivors, they await their rescue. What started as a luxury vacation ends in a back-to-basic survival vacation, full of annoyances and confrontations.

-Approx. 30 minutes.
-Possible performance dates: April 11, 12, 18, 19. (The piece will be performed at least 2 times)
-Audition day in consultation.
-Rehearsals: 3 hours of rehearsal (10-12 days spread over Feb-early April) OR 4/5 hours of rehearsal (fewer days).
-Available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, possibly a rehearsal weekend.
-Grotesque and physical play.
-Unpaid (I receive zero compensation from school, so no travel expenses either)
