It is difficult for many people to accept when they need help with something. Ignorance, shame or insecurity can be reasons why people find it difficult to ask for help. And then, even in a busy city like Rotterdam, it can feel like you are on your own. It is often not possible to solve it with a quick fix by Googling. Some things require genuine attention. As a neighbourhood team employee, you are there for these people. You are a listening ear and a sounding board for the problems that the clients are dealing with. And you make a difference by supporting them in the way that works best for them. You do this by looking at their situation with attention and acting.

What do we offer?
A fair compensation for all family members.

Mother: extra fee, 500 euros per day incl. buyout.
Children: extras fee, 150 euros per day incl. buyout.

Preferably a real family, white mother (30 years old), child (max 2 years old), toddler (max 4 years old), teenager (a bit older, around 16).

You have a conversation with the care provider. You are initially looking for help, at a certain point you feel supported and a burden is lifted from you.
