The Wolf Within Us is a poetic short fiction film about identity, fear, and humanity. The film interweaves nature scenes with an intimate portrait of a young refugee trying to rebuild his life in the Netherlands. The story uses the wolf as a symbolic element for how we view each other, and how prejudice and vulnerability can intersect.

The film is being shot as a graduation project within Film & Audiovisual Media and has a professional, cinematic approach.

Description
We're looking for a man aged 20-35 for the role of a young refugee. Someone who can play sensitively, expressively, and authentically, and who can handle subtle emotional play. The character carries themes of loneliness, hope, trauma, and strength. Acting experience is a plus, but not required – authenticity and charisma are paramount.

Language requirements
Dutch or English (basic is sufficient)
