360Justice is a social film project that uses a unique 360-degree film experience. The film is shown in a mobile Dome that travels throughout the Netherlands and is intended to stimulate connection, empathy, and justice, with a strong focus on young people.
In this experience, the viewer is literally at the center of the story, experiencing situations from multiple perspectives. The film invites reflection on the true meaning of justice and injustice. Themes such as racism and discrimination are explored, as well as how performance pressure and societal expectations can lead to misunderstandings and a lack of consideration for others.
360Justice is used as an educational and social tool and aims to open the conversation about how we can do more justice to each other in daily life.

Story
Leyla's employer is a dedicated and ambitious manager who believes in growth and results. She sees Leyla as a great talent and encourages her to seize opportunities and persevere. At the same time, she supports a work environment where the bar is set high and there's little room for doubt, concerns, or personal circumstances, often without being aware of their impact.
