When teenagers commit a crime and are arrested, they deserve fair treatment and appropriate help for any problems they may be experiencing, such as domestic violence. Our research aims to contribute to this, and you can help.
In our research at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, we are videotaping interviews between Child Protection Council (CPS) or Juvenile Probation Service staff and arrested young people. These interviews are then viewed by actual CPS or Juvenile Probation Service staff. Based on these observations, they assess the problems the young person is experiencing in life and the likelihood of reoffending.

What do we offer?
A reimbursement of €50,- plus travel expenses, and lunch.
The videos will not be released publicly and will always have a watermark indicating that it is an acted interview.

Description
We are looking for actors who want to play the role of a young person between the ages of 14 and 18 who has committed a crime.
We're looking for about 3-4 guys from various backgrounds, including the Netherlands, other parts of Europe, North and South Africa, and West Asia. If you're available for a shoot (1.5-2 hours) in Amsterdam at short notice (Saturday, February 28th), that would be very helpful!
