Casting Call: Lead 'Medical' Authority for Financial Recovery Program
Project: Video introduction to Withoutwhy.com (The "21-Day Financial Recovery Program").

Role Description:
We're looking for the face of Withoutwhy, a platform that helps investors break their destructive habits. The image is clinical, sterile, minimalist, and utterly trustworthy. You're not a "salesperson," but a specialist who provides an honest diagnosis. Think of the calm and authority of a doctor in a modern private clinic.

Profile:
Age: 35 - 55 years.
Appearance: Intelligent, calm, empathetic yet decisive. A face that exudes tranquility in a minimalist (white/red) environment.
Voice: A warm, controlled voice with perfect English pronunciation.
Experience: Experience with an autocue or speaking longer texts (approx. 300 words) with natural pauses.
Contents of the assignment:
Recording of a script of approximately 300 words, divided into 3 logical blocks.
The focus is on a Medium Close-up (bust).
Acting style: Subdued, direct to camera, with room for reflection (looking at 'consultation notes').
Compensation:
In consultation (please indicate your daily or project rate when you register).

To register:
Please submit your portfolio/photos and, if available, a showreel. We will select candidates based on their clinical appearance. A short self-tape of a portion of the script may be included in the selection process.

What do we offer?
Reimbursement & Conditions
Remuneration model: Market-based remuneration in consultation.
Basic: Based on one half day (max. 4 hours) of acting on location/in the studio.
Buyout: The fee includes a full web buyout (unlimited use of the Withoutwhy.com website and associated social media channels).
Investing in the future: If the initial collaboration is successful, we aim for long-term cooperation for follow-up videos within the 21-day program.

Description
1. The "Clinical" Rest
Facial expression: Calm, collected, and empathetic. No big American smile (that looks untrustworthy in a financial crisis), but a face that radiates calm.
Eye contact: Direct, intense, and honest. The actor should look straight into the lens as if looking directly into the investor's soul.
Movement: Minimal. No vigorous hand waving. The power lies in the words and the look.
2. The "Sterile" Aesthetic
Appearance: Well-groomed, but not over-the-top. A clean-cut look.
Color Use: The face should contrast well with the white/red surroundings of your brand. A healthy, vital look that exudes authority.
Clothing: As we discussed: minimalist. A dark blue or charcoal gray garment without any frills. It should be reminiscent of a surgeon's casual attire outside the operating room.
3. The "Intellectual" Authority
Voice: A low, warm, and calm voice. The pace should slow down; there should be silences between sentences. This gives the viewer time to process the "diagnosis."
The "Consultation" look: The actor should look like someone who's just taken off their glasses to tell you the hard truth. Someone who knows what they're talking about and who stands above the chaos of the market.
