We are making a romantic comedy film in film noir style.
Logline: Rosa (25) escapes from a mental asylum, but is unexpectedly followed by Hein (25). Along the way, they discover that they become quite dependent on each other while escaping to a better place in the world.

Synopsis: Rosa has been thinking about escaping the asylum for a while. Rosa doesn't know that someone has their eye on her, namely Hein. When Rosa takes action, Hein decides to venture out into the world as well and follow his love. Rosa finds Hein nothing but an awkward, annoying burden on her shoulders. Until Hein turns out to have something to offer Rosa, she decides to go out with him. But along the way, she begins to see more and more in Hein and decides not to go to that better place alone after all, but to take the plunge with Hein.

This is an unpaid student production, and therefore travel expenses will not be reimbursed.

We will, however, provide food and drinks for the two filming days.

This short student film will be completed in a few weeks, and we would then like to offer the opportunity to gain acting experience with it and use it for your showreel.

Description
We are looking for a male actor around 25 who wants to play Hein.
Character description of Hein:
Hein is a boy who is in the institution because of a very low IQ. Due to his low IQ, he also experiences some social limitations and a lack of knowledge about the world. But despite his social limitations, he still has feelings for his fellow patient Rosa. Because of his limited knowledge of the world, the closed institution is his entire world, and this reinforces his obsession with Rosa.
