For a YouTube debate video (30-60 min) in the style of BrezScales / Jubilee Surrounded, we are looking for 7 actors and 1 extra. The theme: "E-Commerce Coaching: Scam or Opportunity?"
The presenter sits in the center of a dark studio. Surrounding him is a circle of characters who are all critical of e-commerce coaching. One by one, they come and sit opposite him for a one-on-one debate. Between segments, all the actors sit in the background circle for reaction shots.
We work with written scripts, but it should feel like a real, spontaneous debate. Actors receive their lines and key points in advance, but must be able to improvise if the conversation takes a different turn.
The video is being filmed with a professional crew (3 cameras, separate audio engineer, director). In addition to the long-form video, 10 short Reels are being edited for Instagram and TikTok.
Filming: next week, ±1 day, location in the Netherlands (to be determined). Expected set time per actor varies from 20 minutes to 2 hours depending on the role, but all actors will be present for the entire shoot for background feedback.

What do we offer?
Market-rate compensation (rate negotiable, depending on the role). Professional set with a 3-camera setup, separate audio engineer, and director. Catering and drinks on set. You will receive the final result (YouTube video + Reels) for your portfolio/showreel.

Description
We are casting 7 roles + 1 extra role. Please indicate in your response which role(s) you are applying for.

ROLE 1 — THE AGGRESSIVE HATER (male, 20-25 years old)
Recurring character, 3 scenes. Urban streetwear type, street slang. Starts cynical and aggressive, gives up a small point in the final round. Must be able to improvise, be convincingly aggressive without caricature, and show vulnerability. Demanding role of the production.

ROLE 2 — THE SMART SCEPTIC (female, 28-35 years old)
2 scenes. Professional, thoughtful, data-driven. Asks sharp, logical questions. Comes across as a consultant or entrepreneur. Works with a notebook as a crumpled ball.

ROLE 3 — THE WORKING MAN (male, 35-42 years old)
1 scene. Blue-collar demeanor, down-to-earth, direct. Has a steady job and doesn't understand why he should risk it. Pragmatic, not hostile.

ROLE 4 — THE DISAPPOINTED STUDENT (male, 23-28 years old)
1 long emotional segment. Vulnerable, soft-spoken, slightly tired. Lost money on another coaching program. This is the emotional heart of the video. Must be able to convey genuine emotion without becoming theatrical. Experience with emotional scenes is a strong plus.

ROLE 5 — THE SUPPORTER (female, 25-32 years old)
1 short segment (2-3 min). Confident, warm, down-to-earth. Shares positive experience with concrete extras. Must come across as credible and sincere, no sales pitch energy.

ROLE 6 — THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION STUDENT (male, 18-22 years)
1 scene. Young, curious, student-casual. Asks genuine questions about the costs. Respectful but dares to push back.

ROLE 7 — THE CONCERNED PARENT (woman, 50-60 years old)
1 scene. Formal, polished. Concerned mother whose son wants to drop out of school. Protective, not angry. Dutch directness with warmth.
EXTRA — FRIEND OF THE HATER (male, 20-25 years old)
1 short segment. Same style as Role 1. A few sentences + non-verbal reactions.
