Hey there! We are working on the graduation film Moroccan Mint. This short fiction film is about Johan, a grumpy fifty-year-old piano teacher who struggles to let people get close. When the cheerful and energetic Floortje comes to him for a substitute lesson, he tries to keep the class rigid and distant. Floortje, on the other hand, wants to get to know him, and as she talks about her own life and travels, she unknowingly touches upon a painful past of Johan's. He seems to open up to this for a moment, but the conversation eventually becomes too personal, reaching a climax when he drops a valuable Moroccan teacup that symbolizes a lost friendship.

What do we offer?
We offer an additional acting experience, the opportunity for intimate acting with a small (extremely sociable!) cast and crew, and a potential minimum fee to be discussed.

Description
For the role of Johan, we are looking for a man aged 50+. Experience in film acting is highly appreciated. Being able to play the piano is not a must, as we may have a coach or stand-in on set, but it is of course a big plus if you have already mastered the keys!
