MAKTOP is an atmospheric 6-minute short film produced as part of De Ontmoeting by Blokmakers and Every Media. The film will premiere at the Netherlands Film Festival. The story follows 64-year-old Doris. From her remote caravan at the edge of the woods, she observes the outside world through binoculars. Her attention is drawn specifically to 34-year-old Flore, who meets her clients as a sex worker in her car at a nearby intersection. Doris lives in a world of collected materials and strict routines, meticulously recording details such as bird sounds and Flore's actions in her logbook. The film explores the boundaries between voyeurism and a deep human desire for connection.

For a short visual scene, we are looking for an EXTRA / ACTOR for the role of the 'Father'.
Profile: Man of color.
Age: Between 45 and 55 years old.
Character: A man with a gentle appearance. He is introduced as a client of Flore. The Scene (The 'Walk'): The role consists of a brief action in which the man gets out of his car and walks towards Flore. Important: There are no sexual acts depicted. The encounter is subdued; Flore merely places her hand on his shoulder and gives a tender squeeze before the scene ends. With this, we tell the story of a client, but the focus lies on the human interaction.
