During the COVID pandemic, three friends reunite after decades of silence, confronting old wounds from their queer youth in 1980s Amsterdam. 1989 – three young gay men throw themselves wholeheartedly into the hedonistic nightlife scene of Amsterdam; a life of friendship, sex and drugs. Until the mysterious AIDS virus makes its entrance and casts a shadow over their lives. 32 years later – in the lockdown of 2021 – they try to revive their friendship.
