My name is Ritchie George Philip Michael Pairun and I am 25 years old. My passion has been directing and presenting for TV since I was 15. Since then I have been able to realize two two-year projects at the local broadcaster of Friesland. StyloTV, where I directed the program, was the manager and presenter. In between, I completed my 'Presentation 1' course at the TV college in Hilversum. After this adventure I started working as an entertainer and presenter in Turkey, in Kemer I filled the evenings at the 'Orange County' hotel every day. Here I spoke Dutch and English. When I returned to the Netherlands, I registered for the 21+ test, I wanted to follow a HBO course. I am currently in my 4th year of studying media & entertainment management and I followed the minor 'Journalism' for six months at the university of applied sciences in Utrecht. In the summer of 2012 I could not afford not to take the course at TV college for 'acting for TV and Film 1', so I passed it. In my spare time, in addition to my studies, I participate as a freelance presenter, stand-in and extra for national productions. In this way I try to combine my theoretical and practical experiences and put them into practice so that I know different sports in the media. I also follow auditions, and recently received confirmation that I have been selected for the production of 'behind closed doors'. I continue to work hard to reach the top, and for me that means making TV in any form. Because I firmly believe that TV is art, and that when all the pieces of the puzzle come together, there is a high-quality product that people can be proud of.

What makes me Unique is that in addition to all the things I do, I have always been interested in politics and current affairs. So I always stay informed. By this I mean domestic and foreign news, but I also read a lot of books about investigative journalism. and I am interested in the world and its coherence. I think this is important because in my opinion a role or TV can only be made good if you have empathy, experience and theoretical knowledge.
