At the age of 4, Laïd was already participating in talent contests and playback shows because he had to be in the spotlight. Now he is 24 and has already experienced a lot as an artist. During his rap/singing career as "Kaascouse", he was the support act for Akon in the Heineken Music Hall and headlined in the Melkweg. As an actor, Laïd performed on stage in sold-out halls during his period with the SKVR. He was an actor in the youth theater group "YoungStage" and played more than 100 performances in a year and a half. He also gave workshops to young people in these disciplines.

Besides acting, I have a passion for music. I produce my own music and write my own lyrics under the name: "Kaascouse". I also participate in PunchOutBattles where I am one of the reported Battle MCs.
