about me
I've been making theater since I can remember. Everything has a story for me, and I prefer to be completely absorbed in it. I've played with several amateur groups, and like to go into depth. I sometimes work as an actor in ArtEZ graduation performances, I have acted in a number of professional productions over the years and nowadays I get to work with professional companies here and there, such as Boys Won't Be Boys conducted by Rikkert van Huisstede. In terms of theater performance, teachers and directors describe me as a credible actor with a very clear facial expression, a strong player in both verbal and physical play.
I've been making music for 13 years. My main instruments are acoustic guitar and ukulele. I also play piano, bass guitar and several other smaller instruments. Music is a big part of my life, I like to make it, often and a lot and I prefer to pick up everything. I write my own songs, in Dutch and English, and I've been in a left-wing queer punk band called TRUI for a year and a half. We make socially critical songs with a comic sauce: Hang Youth meets Children for Children style!
These two passions of mine, I also like to spend time on them as a hobby. In addition, I like Dungeons & Dragons, video games and cycling! I am outgoing, optimistic and ad-rem.
remarks
I am trans male. In my case, this means that I have two symmetrical scars on my chest (because of breast removal surgery). The operation has now been three and a half years, so the scars are quite faded, but visible.
