Lauren Maxwell (1988) grew up in South Florida, United States. Starting at 5 years old, Lauren performed in community theatre. For 25 years, she bounced around musical theatre, film school, corporate film work, improvisational comedy, and storytelling. Lauren has been praised for the energy and vulnerability she brings into every role. She is fluent in English and has a B1 language level in Dutch.

I have dabbled in all forms of the entertainment industry. This experience has given me an understanding and appreciation for what is necessary for each medium and how each medium works. In college, I hosted my own radio show - the culture show through an NPR affiliate station.I am involved in theater productions either as a supporting role or ensemble. I've written and stared in short films in film school, and most recently perform and write my own material for oral storytelling performances. And have edited a script for promotional corporate video.
