Vreneli became known for her role in the popular youth series Het huis Anubis. She played in it fulltime for five years. Several seasons were recorded, two cinema films and she toured the Netherlands and Belgium with two theatre shows. In addition, she has played a number of guest roles and teaches theatre to young people. She makes and directs performances for her students and plays in a school performance on the theme of arguing
