After my education on the Dutch Film School, I had several freelance jobs. Soon after that, I started my own production company, Fair Film.

As a product of divorced parents, losing a mother at the age of 23 through an accident, and being a lesbian, I've learned soon enough that life has a lot of challenges to offer. That motivated me to share some of my impressions of life with an audience. Because everyone faces challenges in life, but what I see as 'my challenge' as an artist is trying to capture and reproduce them in a way other people can be moved by them too.
