You can expect a good sound engineer/recording engineer to have good ears, to know his equipment and to work very quickly. That is all perfectly fine with Hans. But working with Hans has something extra... thinking along and doing. The directing ability. Not in a stubbornly pushy way. Only if it is necessary, or if he sees an opportunity to achieve a better result.
And perhaps most importantly: Hans makes the people he works with feel good. And when people feel good, they perform better.

Graduated from the HKU on Sound&Music Production. Since 2004 I have been active as a freelancer in radio and TV land, and I have mixed TV programs from Grenzeloos Verliefd to Benelux Next Top Model, from Ik Vertrek to Afslag UMC Utrecht. But also written jingle packages, did game audio dubbing/editing projects, and produced radio commercials.
