Eline de Vries has extensive experience with performing within the field of extra‐skating. She participated in numerous (inter)national competitions as well as in several ice show performances. Eline recently discovered acting as an even greater passion than extra-skating, during an acting workshop by Karen LaVoie, a well‐respected acting coach in Los Angeles and Portland (USA). She has been taking private acting classes ever since.

Eline has experience with performing in general since she was 6 years old, when she started with extra-skating. The participation in contests, but especially the participation in extra‐skating ice shows, required, besides extra‐skating skills, acting skills when depicting a certain character and telling a certain story.

On top of her experience with extra‐skating performances, she also noticed that her educational background in psychology and her PhD within consumer behavior and consumer neuroscience helped her with acting. It has given her thorough insights into the human psyche, brain processes and behavior, enabling her to fully identify with characters and have conviction while acting.

Eline is highly motivated to continue learning and to make the most out of herself as an actress.
