trackrecord
In 2008 I participated in Shoot Your Shot # the film competition for young people between 15 and 21 years old from Haarlem and the surrounding area. For the short film Dries, where I was responsible for the direction and camera work and also played a small acting role, I received an incentive prize. The jury called it 'a promising debut'.

In 2009, there was an acting role in the short film Postman. This short film was made for the multidisciplinary theater performance SPROKEN (get lost) by theater group Thomas.

Act? Absolutely.

This passion has always been there, from an early age. I have a solid background in theater acting through my high school years at the Free School with a specialization in Drama and additionally four years of theater lessons at Kreater (center for arts education).

My first introduction to camera acting was through a theater and expression workshop in Charme in France and during a course at The Works Actors Academy in Amsterdam. I further explored this as the 'freule' aka femme fatale in a short film for theater group Thomas for the performance 'Sproken'.

Through study, work and foreign adventures, acting has become more in the background, but the feeling certainly hasn't.
