In one of my recent productions, Ideals in Stone, I show with which ideals and with what vision the city is made, and what we can learn from the past century. And ideals from 100 years ago are still relevant today.

In the Samen Leven Samen Wonen series from 2021, I investigate together with Ron Blom whether collective living is a trend and whether it is an answer to social challenges such as housing shortage, aging and loneliness. As a spin-off of this series, we have released the film Together! Made The Movie about the TU Delft project of the same name about collective forms of housing and the future of living.

In Pioneer Places I portray the pioneers of the New Economy and Jan Rotmans explains the developments. In the series Port in Transition I highlight the impact of the energy transition and the circular economy on the port of Rotterdam. I then researched what the energy transition now means for the average city dweller in the City in Transition series. In the Green Power Kids series, children from two primary schools show how they want to make their neighborhood in Rotterdam-West more sustainable. I also documented the realization of the Rotterdam Climate Agreement in 2019.
