Actress July Janssen, born in 1994 in the Netherlands, has a unique international appearance thanks to her Scottish roots.
Inspired by a touching scene in "What's Eating Gilbert Grape," she decided to become an actress at the age of twelve.
Over the past 15 years, she has immersed herself in various acting techniques, including Method Acting, Meisner Technique, Stanislavski's System, and Uta Hagen’s Technique. She graduated from the "Film Actors Academy Amsterdam" (faaam) in 2016, followed by an additional master's year in 2019.
July has appeared in various films and series such as "Het leven Is Vurrukkulluk" by Frans Weisz, "April May, and June" by Will Koopman, and shows like "Flikken Rotterdam," "De Spa," and "GTST."
Recently, she played the role of Chloë in "Loverboy Amsterdam" by Cyriel Guds, and portrayed a dual role in "Last Days" by Maartje Seyferth and Victor Nieuwenhuijs. Her versatility is also evident in the role of Ila, a homeless drug addict, in "In Love Again" by Morgan Grunefeld.
