Anne-Marie van Leggelo is an etiquette and image expert, TV presenter, trainer, columnist and businesswoman. Her expertise in the field of business (international) manners, presentation & image, hospitality and modern etiquette is much in demand in the media. Her sparkling and enthusiastic personality makes her presentations an inspiring and educational party.
Anne-Marie van Leggelo worked as a PR lady for Joop van den Ende and flew around the world as an intercontinental wide-body purser. In 2003 she founded her first etiquette agency. This turned out to be a hit and her second company (Het Etiquette Bureau) soon followed, which is currently the leading etiquette consultancy and training agency in the Netherlands. Anne-Marie has now taught hundreds of people and companies how important proper manners, customer friendliness, good presentation and the right appearance are. Awareness to see etiquette as a marketing tool and to make a difference. She does this on the basis of many practical examples in an effective, inspiring, enthusiastic and humorous way.
Her aim is therefore: 'You, at your very best'. And her much-quoted motto is: 'Etiquette: not fussy but useful!'.
As an etiquette and image expert, she gives training courses, lectures and presentations for various companies and organizations. To name a small selection: UMCU, Shell, Ministry of VWS, PWC, Moët Hennessy, ING, SGP Group, University of Utrecht, Plukon, KLM, Charity Lottery and War Child.
