My name is Johnny Alken, born on 07/05/1986 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. My origins are Dutch and Surinamese and I was raised by my parents, Mrs. Nelly Keessen and Mr Errol Alken.
MY STORY
After completing my studies in Social Cultural Work, things went downhill and I could not find a job as a Cultural Worker. For example, I worked undeclared as a Personal Trainer for a while. That also did not provide the amount to pay the full rent, energy and insurance costs and therefore receive social assistance.
After a series of different interviews and letters, I had accepted jobs that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Jobs such as: assembly line work, washing dishes to hoeing streets. Furthermore, I had little to no money and had to get myself into debt to obtain a driver's license and retrain as a Personal Trainer. Logically, this seemed like the best option for the labor market. Although the Personal Training market rests on status and the competition was fierce. Clients could not afford the expensive sessions. As a result, I tended to have to make irrational choices to train as a bus driver.
As you could read, these were not examples of jobs that led to success and you wonder where the entertainment element is found. Namely: from an early age I always had the feeling that I could entertain people. I have always been busy creating an image/character. People often laughed about it and then referred to actor Will Smith.
Besides requests as a fitness model, I have no references regarding acting and presenting. This does not indicate that I cannot handle the subject/assignment. Hidden talents cannot be trained and/or taught. I will undoubtedly trial and error and still make your productions great. I hereby ask you whether 'proof, tough and promising' also exist in your old writings.
Yours sincerely,
Johnny Alken
