Luke Vrinds is a Dutch actor, born and raised in Tilburg, whose passion for acting germinated at a young age. After several detours and a completed study at the Amsterdam Film School, he decided to go for acting full-time. Here he was taught by top names from the Dutch film and television world, including actor and screenwriter Gerson Oratmangoen, Golden Calf winner Melody Klaver and director Erik de Bruyn. To further develop his skills, Luke followed workshops with Frederik de Groot and other greats, which allowed him to perfect his craft.
Recent successes
In recent years, Luke has made an impression in various advertising and fiction projects. His commercial experience includes roles in campaigns for TOTO, ABN-Amro, Videoland, and multiple appearances in LIDL's TV commercials. He also starred in well-known Dutch film and television productions, such as the feature film Meskina, the Prime Video series Vuur en Vlam, the NPO telefilm Heartbeats and season 2 of the comedy series Ten Minste Houdbaar Tot.
New Film: Brabantse Mayfly
Luke proves himself not only as an actor but also as a creative maker. He is currently working on a promising new project: the Brabant crime film Brabantse Mayfly, for which he not only wrote the screenplay, but also directs and plays a leading role. With this he shows his versatility and ambition to tell unique stories both in front of and behind the camera.
Lion Eagle Productions
In addition to acting, Luke is also active as a writer and producer. With his company Lion Eagle Productions he creates high-end commercials, feature films and series, in collaboration with his American partner Charles W. Gordon (Chuck). Together they focus on developing high-quality productions with international allure.
At 1.85 meters tall, with dark blond hair and blue eyes, Luke has a strong and charismatic appearance, with which he powerfully portrays his characters.
