Hiske Eriks (Velsen, 1981) is an actress, theater maker and executive producer. After completing her communications studies, she graduated in 2010 from the acting training course at the Utrecht University of the Arts (HKU). After obtaining her diploma, she worked as an actress at Theater Group MAX (currently Theater Group MAAS), Theater Group de Bonte Hond and Theater Group Aluin.
In addition to playing with theater companies, Hiske creates her own performances. Her graduation solo Wait! was included in the International Young Makers' Exchange (IYME) after the ITS Festival 2010 and subsequently played in Italy, Spain, Bosnia and Serbia and during the Fringe Festival in Amsterdam, Australia and South Africa. In 2013 she played Wait! in combination with her second solo performance Cruijff's Wife in Israel. In 2016 she had a short theater tour with her third solo performance If only life was a costume drama.
In addition to the theater, Hiske can occasionally be seen in film and TV productions. She played small (guest) roles in Flikken Maastricht, GTST, Ik ook van jou and the cinema film Tonio. As a voice-over she lent her voice to Vektis and LG, among others.
