I have been born and raised in multicultural circumstances, that provided me with an excellent command of languages, indeed I speak fluently Italian, German, English and Turkish, as well as Spanish and a bit of French. Additionally, I have good and clear creative writing skills, alongside an organizational attitude, necessary for project implementation and overall translation of ideas into concrete assignments.

Passionate writer and film viewer, seeking for an internship in the Film Industry.
My name is Mara and I am 24 years old. Recently I graduated within Erasmus University Rotterdam at the department of Arts, Culture and Society with a research thesis, entitled "Turkey on Screen! We, the diasporic youth talking about the homeland", a visual elicitation study of how the second generation Turkish immigrants perceive their identity and their homeland through the vision of experimental short films.
Deeply interested in the film industry, I participated as a Juror member in the Giffoni Film festival, a youth film festival held every year in the south of Italy. Additionally, I have been working as a volunteer in 4 days film festival, held in my home town, where I was part of the organization staff.
