I am Victoria Schillemans, a 4th year AV Specialist student with a strong ambition for production.

I support directors on short films and commercial videos with arranging crew, locations, props, call sheets and shooting schedules, and enjoy being 1st AD on shooting days.

I am good at keeping an overview, anticipating challenges and proactively finding solutions. The well-being of the crew is paramount, with a commitment to ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere. I try to be the first on set and the last to leave so that I can be there for everyone and assist where possible.
