Martial artist:
From 2013 to 2023 I did MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) + BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu).
I have stopped competing since 2022 and I am still training at a low level to pass the baton to my daughter.


Stuntman/Stunt team:
Before my career in martial arts started, I was already in the gymnastics selection as an 8-year-old boy. Later I started freerunning where my focus was mainly on Parkour. This ensures that I (the adrenaline kicker & daredevil that I am) have quite a bit of experience as a stuntman (think of tricks / breaking falls, etc. let alone the courage. If possible, I like to do my own stunts.

For my role as a hooligan MMA fighter in Flikken Rotterdam, I followed several training courses with a stunt team to fight choreographically.
