Chris Gubbels (18 years old, Weert) – Actor

Hello! My name is Chris Gubbels, an 18-year-old actor from Weert. I am passionate about acting and have already completed several trainings and projects that have given me the opportunity to further develop myself as an actor. I am currently following the Actor training at Vista College, where I am further honing my skills and learning the tricks of the trade.

Television and Film Experience:
My experience as an actor extends across various media, including television and film. I have been an extra in Trips & Travel on RTL4 and played various roles in films such as Life Eternal, Time to be cool and Amsterdamned II. My most notable roles are the leading roles in the films When it was dark (film adaptation), The Chronicles of Zunderlin, I am not lazy! and Death Shade. In addition, I have contributed to educational projects such as Educational film for parents in collaboration with the Trimbos Institute.

Stage experience: On stage I have proven myself as an actor in various productions, including The Killing, where I played the lead role. I have also worked as an assistant coach at the 5th edition of NHNL 0495 and various other productions such as Romeo and Juliet and Dippieboe 2024. My versatility is also reflected in my roles in plays such as Ifigeneia Het Koningskind and Blauw Bloed.

Commercials and School Projects: In addition to film and theater, I have gained experience in commercial projects, including a photoshoot for The Phone Lab. I have also contributed to various performances and events at school, such as the Sinterklaas performance and Improvisation evening at the KTM Vista College, where I also gained experience as a presenter and voice-over.

Skills: In addition to my acting, I have a wide range of skills, from dancing and making music to sports activities such as basketball and horse riding. I am energetic, driven and eager to learn, which allows me to adapt quickly and take on new challenges. My versatility makes me suitable for a wide range of roles, and I am always looking for ways to further develop my talents.
