Biography Ewout Eggink Ewout Eggink, (1961): Born in Doorn. Was co-founder, in the early eighties, of the music theater company Dynastie van Oer (1981-1986). Then wrote and directed RAM and the triptych The Showdown. In 1997 he published the collection of poems Uitgeravend Document. Gerrit Komrij chose Victorie, Victorie from this collection for his anthology De Nederlandse Poezie in de 19e en 20e Eeuw, which was published in January 2004. Has been in demand as a voice actor for films, TV series, games and commercials since 1996. Has now played hundreds of roles, including Francesco Bernouli in CARS II, mouse Tetter in Brown Bear in the Blue House, Meeuw Silas in Ice-Age 4, father Bennet in Dog with a blog, Inspector Gadget in Inspector Gadget and Hoedje de hamster in Woef Woof, Twit a Dave and recently Eddie Raja in the game Uncharted IV. He recorded commercials for brands such as Vodafone, Sbb-Leerbedrijven, Volkswagen, Euromaster, Honig and Toto. Did voiceovers for corporate films of, among others, the province of Gelderland, cooperating transport partners in the South of the Netherlands, Bizbundle and the Naturalis museum in Leiden (about the excavation of the T-rex). Since 2003, he has been traveling through the country with David Rous as The Dancing Poets with their performance Anatomical Songs; a tranquil mixture of listening songs, authentic poems and wonderful dances. In 2017, 'De Avonturen van Knetter en Spetter part 1' was published, a book for children aged 6-11. Ewout wrote it together with Thijs van Aken. Erik Butter makes great illustrations for it.
