The Dutch tenor Radha de Meijer was born on December 1, 1962, in Amsterdam. He grew up under the bells of the Westertoren, and his love for music blossomed in the atmosphere of Amsterdam. His interest lies particularly in the bel canto repertoire: opera arias and songs, including Neapolitan lied. Driven by this passion, he began studying singing with Sophia van Sante and Luciënne Bouman; he is currently taking lessons with Paula de Wit. In Italy, he attended a masterclass with Luciana Serra. He took acting lessons with Marc Nochem and Peter Ohlenschlager. Radha is currently studying at the Schumann Academy. In October 2010, he performed with Una Voce Particolare and Opera Per Tutti at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. I have green-brown eyes, am not very tall (173 cm), have a round, open face, am cheerful but I can also look serious. A Mediterranean appearance with dark, broad eyebrows. Sturdy build.

remarks
I am versatile I can be serious, but I am also funny. Master the Belcanta singing technique (opera style) I sing arias and songs in Italian and German, but also folk songs such as those by Andre Hazes.
