About me
I came from Germany to the Netherlands 5 years ago to study music theatre. As a creative performer I like to investigate how music, theater and dance can be combined, so that these 3 disciplines reinforce each other. I have been performing regularly in performances for the past 5 years. I also have regular performances with my duo band in which I sing and play the instruments piano, melodica, baritone horn and flute. I really enjoy challenging myself by learning new things and I want to gain experience in the film world in addition to my experiences on stage.

As an ensemble dancer and singer, I performed music by composer Dolf de Kinkelder in a theatrical way in 2013 in the 'WAANZIN' project in collaboration with Percussion Group Crescendo.
In the same year I was an ensemble singer, actress and pianist in the youth performance 'Is there nobody angry?'. Josee Hussaarts and Hans Thissen (youth theater group Kwatta) directed.
In 2014 I made a performance myself, in which I acted and which I also directed myself, coached by Jan van Eijndthoven. This project was very well received by the public and teachers; a music theater performance with existing text fragments by Don Duyns, Piet Arfeuille and Paul Pourveur and soundscapes through free improvisation of vocals, double bass and piano.
Furthermore, in 2014 I played the role of Amalia in the rock opera 'De Witt of Oranje' by Tafel van Vijf (compositions by Susie´s Haarlok), sang as an ensemble singer and played the instruments melodica and baritone horn as a musician. Mirjam Koen directed.

It should be noted that I am a multi-instrumentalist (piano, vocals, melodica, baritone horn, flute). I also have experience in body percussion, physical theater and modern dance. German is my native language. I have been living in the Netherlands for 5 years. The Dutch tell me that they hardly hear a German accent. Furthermore, I can speak English fluently, in terms of French language I have studied the pronunciation.
