About me
My name is August de Bats, born January 5, 1999 in Vlaardingen. I am an actor, singer/songwriter/rapper and poet. I am a very energetic person with a positive attitude. I love creativity and like to process that in the poetry and songs that I write. I have had experience in performing and recording and processing music since 2018. In addition, I gained my acting experience with the second season of the Videoland series H3L as Justin Roozen.

One of the most important projects in my acting career was my role in the pilot episode of "Close Up" by Movie Zone NL in the Eyefilm museum in Amsterdam.

Besides acting, I also make my own music and poetry.
It started with the Boogie Brothers, a group of friends of which 1 DJ and 3 singers/rappers of which I was also a part. We really had a great time together and wrote songs, singles and EP's on spotify and Youtube. We even had such success that we had won prizes with Talent shows and because of this we became known for many bookings at school parties, clubs and even festivals such as the 5 May Liberation Festival in Rotterdam. We have also even been on National TV on rtl4 with the TV program All Together Now.
Unfortunately it came to an end because one of us wanted to continue alone. And now I am developing myself as a solo artist
